Merchant section is your go-to hub for managing your store’s loyalty operations efficiently, while enhancing and improving your loyalty members' experiences.

Here, you can:

-Find key details associated with your store

-Update your contact details.

-Display your TPN-based transaction details.

-Keep your store user profiles up to date.

-Review your subscription plans.

-Access your invoices.

-Track customer engagements via email campaigns.

The "Merchant" section opens up a world of detailed management options. On the main page, you’ll find ten tabs as stated below:

Overview

Manage essential merchant and contact information of your store, while also monitoring recent transactions in real-time to stay updated on sales and customer interactions.

Subscriptions

Provides detailed information about your store's subscription plan, including the type of plan (e.g., Starter, Growth, Pro), the associated pricing, and the status of the subscription.

Invoice & Payments

Outlines your store's monthly billing details for loyalty services. It includes information about subscription costs and provides a record of payments made.

Transactions

Details all sales transactions made in your store, providing a comprehensive overview of business activity.

TPN(s)

Lists the unique Terminal Processing Network Number(s) assigned to your store's payment terminals.

Users

Manage and view the details of your DejavooExtra portal users, including their names, email addresses, roles, account status, and recent activity.

Marketing

View all marketing emails sent out to members from your store(s).

Optional

Optional store information including website URL, seasonal operation periods, opening and closing hours, and location.
