Dejavoo POS: Transactions Tab

Effortlessly track all transactions processed through your Dejavoo POS terminals in the Transactions tab. This feature is designed to ensure smooth and efficient operations, providing you with a comprehensive overview of every transaction.

Within this tab, you'll find essential details for each transaction made by Loyalty Members, including Transaction ID, Date & Time, TPN ID, Type, Amount ($), Channel, and further details available under the "Action" column.

Below are descriptions for each field on the page:

Ref ID

The unique identification number assigned to a specific transaction.

Date & Time

The date and time when the transaction was placed.

TPN ID

The unique identification number associated with a Transaction Processing Network (TPN).

Type

The category or classification of the transaction (Sales, Refund, etc.).

Amount ($)

The total monetary value of the transaction.

Channel

The platform through which the transaction was processed (offline, online).

Member Name

Shows the name of the relevant loyalty member for each transaction.

Action

Displays further information related to the transaction.

Clicking on the “Detail” button on the main transaction screen will reveal transaction details organized into five sections: Transaction Summary, Product Detail(s), Discount Campaign(s), Point Campaign(s), and Payment Types.

Transaction Summary:

Provides an overview of the transaction, including:

Merchant Tab_Transaction Details including payment methods, Product details, discount and points campaigns used in the selected transaction

Merchant Tab_Transaction Details

  • Ref ID: The unique identification number assigned to a specific transaction.

  • Date & Time: The date and time when the transaction was placed.

  • TPN ID: The unique identification number associated with a Transaction Processing Network (TPN).

  • Transaction Type: The category or classification of the transaction.

  • Refunded Amount: Shows the dollar amount equivalent to the refund, if applicable.

  • Points Earned: The number of loyalty points earned as part of the transaction.

  • Sub Total Amount ($): The total monetary value of the transaction before any discounts or deductions.

  • Discount Amount ($): The total amount of discounts applied to the transaction.

  • Points Redeemed: The number of loyalty points redeemed during the transaction.

  • Paid Amount($) / Purchased Amount: The total amount paid by the member after discounts or deductions.

  • Processing fee: Shows the processing fee applied to the selected transaction.

  • Final Amount Paid: The total dollar amount your loyalty member paid at the point of purchase.

Product Detail(s):

Displays information about the products involved in the transaction, including:

-SKU ID: The stock keeping unit or unique identifier for the product.

-Product Name: The name of the product.

-Quantity: The number of units purchased in the transaction.

-Unit Price ($): The price of each individual unit before discounts or deductions.

-Discounted Price ($): The price of each individual unit after discounts or deductions.

Discount Campaign(s):

Displays promotional campaigns that provide discounts on products or services as part of the transaction, including:

-Campaign ID: A unique identifier assigned to a specific marketing campaign or promotion.

-Campaign Name: The name or title given to the marketing campaign or promotion.

-SKU ID: The stock keeping unit or unique identifier for the product.

-Product Name: The name of the product.

-Quantity: The number of units purchased in the transaction.

-Unit Price ($): The price of each individual unit before discounts or deductions.

-Discounted Price ($): The price of each individual unit after discounts or deductions.

-Coupon Code: A code used for discounts or exclusive offers.

Point Campaign(s):

Displays promotional campaigns that offer loyalty points as part of the transaction, including:

-Name: The name of the product.

-SKU ID: The stock keeping unit or unique identifier for the product.

-Campaign ID: A unique identifier assigned to a specific marketing campaign or promotion.

-Campaign Name: The name or title given to the marketing campaign or promotion.

-Points Earned: The number of loyalty points earned during the transaction.

-Point Activation Date: The date on which the earned points were activated.

-Type: The category or classification of the transaction.

-Status: The status of the points.

Payment Type(s):

Displays detailed payment information, including:

-Payment Date & Time: The date and time when the payment of the transaction was completed.

-Payment Types: The methods used for payment (e.g., cash, credit card, debit card, coupon, points).

-Amount ($): The total sum of the payment.
