Campaigns Glossary

-Point Campaigns: A promotional strategy where members earn points for specific actions, such as purchases or engagement, which can later be redeemed for rewards or discounts.

-Discount Campaigns: A marketing initiative where discounts or exclusive offers are provided to members as an incentive to make a purchase or take specific action.

-Coupon Campaigns: A campaign offered by coupons to increase repeat purchases and visit frequency.

-Sign-Up Campaign: A welcome campaign designed to express gratitude to new members who have just joined to the loyalty program.

-Birthday Campaign: A special campaign sent to loyalty members on their birthday to celebrate with them or offer them points or discount as a gift.

-Campaign ID: Unique identifier of the campaign.

-Earning Type: The reward method of your loyalty program that you will provide to your members.

-Points per Dollars Spent (Incremental Points): The reward method with points, based on how much your members spent.

-Fixed & Percentage Points: The reward method with fixed number of points or a percentage of the purchase amount as points.

-Most Rewarding Campaign: The function allows you to set the dominant rule for your same type of campaigns.

-Amount Off-%Off: The reward method with discount as either fixed dollar amount or a percentage.

-Fixed Price Per Unit: The reward method with discount allows members receive a fixed dollar price per unit for selected products within a specified quantity range.

-Bundle Set Discount: The reward method with discount allows to purchase a set quantity of selected products for a fixed price

-Bulk/Tiered Discount: The reward method with discount allows members who buy a quantity of selected products receive a percentage or fixed dollar discount.

-Buy X Get X: The reward method with discount allows members who purchase a set quantity of the same products within a specified minimum - maximum quantity range will receive a discount on a portion of those items, either by a percentage or a fixed dollar amount.

-Buy X Get Y (Amount): The reward method with discount allows members who spend a specified amount on the same products or services you define will receive a discount on another product you select. The discount can be either a percentage or a fixed dollar amount.

-Buy X Get Y (Quantity): The reward method with discount allows members who spend a specified quantity on the same products or services will receive a discount on another product. The discount can be either a percentage or a fixed dollar amount.

-Point Activation: The time when points become available to your members.

-Point Expiration: The time for when you would like to end your members’ points usage for the campaign.
