-Merchant Portal: The administrative platform for merchants to manage their loyalty program, members and to access reports and business insights.  

-Member Portal: A platform where members can access their membership details, view the stores they’re associated with, track their earnings, and monitor their transactions within the DejavooExtra loyalty program.

-Onboarding: The process of enrolling Customers into the DejavooExtra loyalty program as Loyalty Members.

-Customer: Refers to all members and prospective members of the loyalty program.

-Member: A customer who has been onboarded in your DejavooExtra loyalty program.

-Campaigns: The central hub for managing all loyalty program activities, where you can create, launch, and optimize campaigns.

-VIP Tiers: Loyal member categories according to their shopping with your brand. By creating VIP levels, offering them exclusive benefits enrich member experience and boost your business’s revenue.
