1. Navigating the Marketing Section
On the main screen, you'll find a comprehensive list of all email messages that have been created or sent to your members, complete with detailed information for each message.

Here’s a quick rundown of the navigation buttons:
-Search (Top Left): Type in the title of the email to find what you need quickly.
-Create New Email (Top Right): Easily create new email messages.
-Filter (Top Right): Narrow down your emailing list.
-Export Report (Top Right): Download your emailing list in various formats.
-Row Display (Bottom Left): Choose how many rows of mailing lists to display.
-Page Number (Bottom Right): Navigate through pages of your mailing list.
2. Understanding the Email List
Here are descriptions of each field on the Email list:
Title | Display the title of the email. You can add the appropriate title free format. |
Status | Check the status of the email (scheduled, pending, sent, failed) |
Content Type | Select info message or promotion. |
Send Date | Specify the date when the email will be sent. |
Created By | See who created the email. |
Created On | See when the email was created. |
Action | You can review, copy, or manage these emails using the “Action” button next to each row. |
