1. Access the DejavooExtra Merchant Portal
Upon agreeing to join the DejavooExtra Platform with your Merchant Service Provider, you will receive an activation email.

Look for the Activation Email in your inbox.
Subject Line: ‘‘Welcome to DejavooExtra's Merchant Portal! Activate Your Account Now’’
Content: This email contains an activation link that you need to click to confirm your subscription to the DejavooExtra Merchant Portal.
Open the activation email: Find the activation email in your inbox and click on the activation link provided. Alternative Method: Visit Merchant Portal | Extra360 (dejavooextra.com). On the homepage, locate and click the “Become a Merchant” button.
Activate Your Subscription: After clicking the activation link, account activation screen will open. Input the 6-digit code received in your welcome email and activation code then click “Activate” to complete the activation.
Friendly Reminder!
The activation code is valid for 24 hours. If you do not use the link within this time, a new activation code will be automatically sent to you until you complete your onboarding process!
2. View your Merchant Information on the Portal
After submitting your activation code, your merchant information will auto-populate from the data you provided to your merchant service provider. This includes:
Merchant ID | A unique identifier assigned to your business within the platform. |
Merchant Name | The official name of your business as registered. |
Merchant Email | The email address associated with your merchant account. |
TPN ID | The unique identification number for each Transaction Processing Network (TPN) or POS device, crucial for tracking and management. |
Merchant Service Provider Name | The independent sales organization responsible for managing your account. |
Merchant Service Provider ID | A unique identifier for your merchant service provider. |
Last Update Date & Time | The last recorded update to your merchant information. |
Terms & Conditions | Check the terms & conditions and click the consent box. |
Double-check the details and when you are ready, click “Next.”

Add the contact information who is going to be responsible of your store:
-Name: The primary contact person for your business.
-Last Name: The last name of the primary contact.
-Email: The contact email address for the primary contact.
-Phone: A phone number for contacting the business or the primary contact.
-Title: The job title of the primary contact person.

3. Choose the Perfect Subscription Plan for your Business
Let’s discover the perfect plan for your business. We provide three distinct plans (Starter, Growth and Pro) each featuring a unique collection of loyalty benefits designed specifically for small to medium-sized businesses. You can expect no lengthy commitments or hidden charges, only straightforward and adaptable plans that grow with your business.

Here’s a guide to selecting your ideal plan:
Choose the Right Plan for Your Business: First, select the subscription plan among ‘‘Starter’’, ‘‘Growth’’, and ‘‘Pro’’ that aligns with your business needs. Whether you’re a small, medium, or large-scale business, you can choose from a range of options tailored to your requirements.
Start with the Welcome Offer: No matter which plan you choose, you’ll benefit from the Welcome Offer, where you’ll be billed just $19.99/month for the first two months with unlimited transactions until 31 December 2024. This allows you to experience the full potential of DejavooExtra without upfront costs.
Seamless Transition to Your Chosen Plan: Once the Welcome Offer period ends, your subscription will automatically transition to the plan you initially selected, continuing with the features and benefits that best suit your business needs.
Tailored Solutions for Large Businesses: If none of the preset plans meet your business requirements, you can create a fully customized plan by selecting the Enterprise option. Click on the "Contact Us" button in the Enterprise area to connect with the DejavoExtra team and receive a subscription plan that’s tailored specifically to your business needs.
Get Started: After deciding on your plan, click on ‘‘Get Started’’, which will take you to the ‘‘Loyalty Program’’ page.
4. Loyalty Program Setting
After selecting your subscription plan, you will be prompted to define your Point Award Rules. These rules will apply to your customers’ spending and determine how points are earned and redeemed. By setting these foundational rules, you ensure a seamless loyalty program experience for both your business and customers.

1. Points Earning Rule: In this area, you will specify the percentage amount that will be awarded as points for every amount of spent by a customer. The value you set here will determine the percentage of the customer’s spending that will be converted into points.
For example, if you enter %10, it means that for every $100 spent, the customer will earn points equivalent to 10% of their spending. So, for a $50 purchase, the customer would earn $5 worth of points. These points will be added to the customer’s account automatically after each qualifying transaction.
Please Note!
The maximum percentage amount you can set is %20.
2. Points Redemption Rule:
The points your customers earn can be redeemed at a fixed value, which is set at $1 per point. This means that for every point a customer has accumulated, they can use it as $1 off their future purchases.
For example, if a customer has collected 100 points, they can redeem these points for $100 off on their next purchase. The points work just like a discount, reducing the total amount at checkout by the equivalent value of the points used.
3. Launch your loyalty program:
Once you've set the Points Earning and Points Redemption rules, you can choose to either launch your loyalty program immediately or schedule a launch for a later date. This gives you the flexibility to start your loyalty rewards system at the most optimal time for your business.

Once you click on the “Launch Your Loyalty Program Settings” button, you will be presented with a confirmation screen, as shown above. You will also receive an onboarding confirmation email for the DejavooExtra Merchant Portal, which includes your username and a temporary password to access the portal.
5. Complete your Registration to the DejavooExtra Portal

Please inspect your inbox for the email with subject: “DejavooExtra Successful Onboarding Confirmation”. This email also provides you with your username and a temporary password for portal access.
Please be aware that this email will be sent to the email address you provided to your MSP.
Here’s how to get started:

Retrieve Your Temporary Password: Locate the credentials in the email with the subject line “Welcome to DejavooExtra! Activate Your Account Today!.”
Initial Login: Enter your email and the temporary password into the designated fields on the portal’s login page.
Set a New Password: During your first login, you’ll be asked to create a new password. Please adhere to the provided guidelines to set a strong password.
Finalize Your Merchant Registration: Follow the remaining steps to complete your registration process.

Congratulations!
After successfully completing your DejavooExtra onboarding, you will receive an email with the subject line: “Success! Your DejavooExtra Onboarding is Complete 🎉”
6. Reset your Password
If you forget your password for the DejavooExtra merchant portal, follow these steps to reset it and regain access to your account.
Here’s a simplified guide to resetting your password:
Go to the Login Page: Launch your web browser and navigate to the DejavooExtra merchant portal’s login page. Click “Forgot Password?
Input Your Email: You’ll be asked to provide the email tied to your DejavooExtra account on the password reset page. Submit your email and hit “Submit.”
Inspect Your Email: A password reset message with the subject "Need a New Password? Let’s Get You Set Up!” will be sent to you. Look for this email in your inbox or spam/junk folder.
Access the Password Reset Email: Carefully follow the instructions in the email, which includes a password reset link. Click on the link provided.
Create a New Password: You’ll be taken to a secure page to set up a new password. Ensure it adheres to the security standards, like minimum length and the use of numbers and symbols.
Verify Your New Password: Double-check your new password by entering it again. If they match, proceed to click “Submit.”
Log In with Your New Password: With your password reset, head back to the login page, enter your username and the newly created password, and log in to your account.
Tips for Creating a Strong User Password:
-Use a Mix of Characters: Include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
-Avoid Common Words: Do not use easily guessable words, such as "password," "123456," or your name.
-Make it Unique: Ensure your password is unique and not used for any other accounts.
-Consider a Password Manager: Use a password manager to generate and store strong passwords securely.
7. Navigating the DejavooExtra Merchant Portal
Once you’ve successfully logged in, you’ll land on your dashboard - your central hub. This is where you get a quick snapshot of your loyalty programs’ metrics. Use the sidebar on the left to explore the various sections of your DejavooExtra portal.

8. Update or view your Merchant and Store details
Need to check or update your details? No problem! Just head to the upper right corner of your Merchant Portal. Click on your name, and you’ll find your profile. Remember, your name is your gateway to your profile. Simply click on it to access your details anytime.
