1.Using The Dashboard

-The Dashboard provides an overview of your activity within the selected periods using the filter in the top right corner.

-Use this data to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

-For more detailed reporting, go to the Analytics section where you will find in-depth analysis regarding your store, terminals (POS devices), loyalty program, and members.

2. Dashboard Fields

Here’s what each field on the Dashboard indicates:

Loyalty Members

Displays the total number of members who have joined your loyalty program to date.

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

CLV stands for Customer Lifetime Value. It shows the average monetary value a single member contributes to your business from their first interaction to date. This helps you understand the long-term value of your members.

Active Members

Indicates the number of loyalty members who made a purchase with you within the selected period. This indicates how many of your loyalty members are actively engaged.

New Members Joined

Tracks the total number of new customers who have joined your loyalty program and became loyalty members within the selected period. This shows how well you’re attracting new members.

Average Transaction Size

Displays the average amount of money spent by loyalty members per transaction within the selected period. This helps you understand spending behavior per basket.

Average Products per Transaction

Indicates the average number of products purchased by transaction by your loyalty members within the selected period. This provides insight into their purchase patterns per basket.

Average Transaction Frequency

Tracks the average number of transactions made by each member within the selected period. This metric helps assess your members shopping frequency.

Average Points Earned per Transaction

Tracks the average number of points earned by members per transaction within the selected period. This helps you to understand the effectiveness of your rewards program and tailor it accordingly.

Total Sales

Shows the sales trends made by your loyalty members within the selected period with this line chart. It’s essential for understanding revenue patterns and planning for future growth.

Total Transactions

Shows the number of transactions made by your loyalty members within the selected period. This chart helps you spot trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize your loyalty strategy to drive sales.
