Whether you're looking into specific customer profiles or tracking their overall value to your business, this section gives you all the tools needed to better understand and engage with your members.

You can search for individual members, filter your list, or export reports to keep an eye on key metrics like accumulated points, preferred products, and total savings. This section serves as your go-to place for managing member insights effectively.

Get to Know Your Members

DejavooExtra Loyalty Program enables you to easily onboard your customers as loyal members via your everyday Dejavoo POS Terminal through ‘Join the Club’ and ‘Fast Onboarding’ features. Your customers simply become your loyalty members by tapping their everyday bank card as their loyalty ID or enroll into your program with their email address or phone number. 1. Navigating the Members Section

Welcome to the Members Section—a place where loyalty program insights come to life. Here’s what awaits you:

  1. Precision Search: Locate specific member data swiftly using the search box.

  2. Fine-Tuning with Filters: Refine your search criteria with finesse. The filters allow you to narrow down your focus.

  3. Export Your Member List: Click the “Export” button to arm yourself with a downloadable member list report.

  4. Customize Your View: Adjust the number of members displayed per page and navigate between pages using the arrow buttons.

  5. Review Details: Curious about a particular member? Search for the Member, click “Detail” under the “Action” column.

2. Understanding Members List

Each column on the member list presented provides specific information about your loyalty program members:

First Name / Last Name

Identifies users by their provided name and surname when they join your Loyalty Program via the Dejavoo POS Terminal.

Status

Indicates whether the member is active or inactive.

Points

Shows the total loyalty points collected by the member.

Net Points ($)

Displays the ($) value of the member's net points.

Savings ($)

Highlights the total amount saved through the discounts received by the member through the campaigns.

Mobile Phone

Shows the member's mobile phone number, if provided.

Email

Shows the member's email address, if provided.

Member since

Indicates the date when the member enrolled into your loyalty program.

Action

Contains a “Detail” link for each member, providing an overview of their profile, including consent forms, transactions, and communication history.

Using the “Detail” link under the “Action” column

Clicking on “Detail” under the “Action” column opens a comprehensive view of the member's profile. This section allows you to track their loyalty activity, transactions, points & savings and engagement with your loyalty program.

3. Member Details

The "Members Detail" section gives you in-depth information on individual loyalty program members. Access profiles, consents, transaction history, and email communications to manage and improve their experience efficiently.

-Member Overview: Once clicked, the details link summarizes the member's outstanding net points, worth of new points ($), total savings to date from discount campaigns, and points earned since joining your program. It also includes the member's ID, status, name, email, preferred language, and date of birth, as provided by the member during enrollment.

-View Consents: Shows whether the member has accepted the Terms & Conditions, opted in for receiving email and SMS communications.

-View Transactions: Shows the lists all transactions made by the member, including transaction ID, date and time, POS terminal ID, transaction type, amount, and further details. You can access further details about transactions under the Transactions Section.

-View Emails: Displays all Email communications sent to the member if they have opted in for email communications.
