Member Details
The "Members Detail" gives you in-depth information on individual loyalty program members. Access profiles, consents, transaction history, and email communications to manage and improve their experience efficiently.
-Member Overview: Once clicked, the details link summarizes the member's outstanding net points, worth of new points ($), total savings to date from discount campaigns, and points earned since joining your program. It also includes the member's ID, status, name, email, preferred language, and date of birth, as provided by the member during enrollment.
-View Consents: Shows whether the member has accepted Terms & Conditions, opted in for receiving email and SMS communications.
-View Transactions: Shows the lists all transactions made by the member, including transaction ID, date and time, POS terminal ID, transaction type, amount, and further details. You can access further details about transactions under the Transactions Section.
-View Emails: Displays all Email communications sent to the member if they have opted in for email communications.

Located under the member details, you’ll discover everything you need to know about your loyalty members' transactions by clicking on the ‘Transactions’ tab. We’ll help you track and manage these transactions, giving you valuable insights to better serve your customers and optimize your loyalty program. Let's dive in and make the most of these details to keep your customers happy and your business thriving!
To reach your member transactions, click the “Detail” button under the action column from the member list. View the “Transaction Tab” and display all the loyalty-enabled transactions made by your loyalty members.

You can use the “Filter” button to find specific transactions, and you can use the “Export Report” button to export the list as a report in excel or CSV format.
Note!
To export detailed reports that may take longer to process due to their complexity and the volume of data they include, please navigate to the My Profile section of your account and click on the Export button. Be aware that the time required to compile and export these reports can vary, especially for those containing multiple data sets.
1. Understanding Members Transaction List
Below are descriptions for each field on the transaction list page:
Ref ID | The unique identification number assigned to a Transaction. |
Date | The date and time stamp when the Transaction was placed. |
TPN ID | The unique identification number for each Transaction Processing Network (TPN) or POS device, crucial for tracking and management. |
Transaction Type | Type of the Transaction (Sales, Refund etc.). |
Amount ($) | The total monetary value of the Transaction. |
Action | Displays further information related to the transaction. |
2. Member Transaction Details
The Member Transaction Details section provides a comprehensive view of the transactions made by your loyalty members. It includes detailed information such as the transaction summary, product details, discount campaigns, point campaigns, and payment types. This section helps you understand member behavior and the impact of your loyalty program by offering insights into each transaction.

You can access each transactions detail by clicking on the “Detail” button on the transaction list screen.

This tab summarizes further details about the transaction including:
-Points Earned: The loyalty points earned from the transaction.
-Points Redeemed: The loyalty points redeemed when paying for this transaction.
-Total Amount: The total purchase value before any discounts is applied.
-Discount Amount: The discount amount given from the relevant campaign.
-Fee Amount: The amount charged by the payment processor.
-Purchased Amount: Purchased amount equals to the total purchase amount minus the discount applied.
-Paid Amount: The sum of the purchased amount and any fees applied by the payment processor.
-Refunded Amount: The amount refunded to the member for the transaction.
Product Details
Product Details tab displays the information about the products purchased within the transaction.

-Unique ID: Unique identifier for the product, such as barcode, or any other unique code associated with the product.
-Product Name: The name of the product.
-Quantity: Number of units purchased in the transaction.
-Unit Price: Price of each individual unit before any discounts or deductions.
-Discounted Price: Price of each individual unit after any discounts or benefits applied.
Discount Campaigns
Displays campaigns that provide discounts on products or services as part of the transaction including Campaign ID, Campaign Name, SKU ID, Product Name, Quantity, Unit Price ($), Discounted Price ($) and Coupon Codes fields.

-Campaign ID: A unique identifier assigned to a specific marketing campaign or promotion.
-Campaign Name: The name or title given to a specific marketing campaign or promotion.
-SKU ID: Unique identifier for the product, such as barcode, or any other unique code associated with the product.
-Product Name: The name of the product.
-Quantity: The number of units purchased in the transaction.
-Unit Price: The price of each individual unit before any discounts or deductions.
-Discounted Price: The price of each individual unit after any discounts or deductions have been applied.
-Coupon Code: A code for discounts or exclusive offers.
Point Campaigns
Point Campaign(s): Displays promotional campaigns that offer loyalty points as part of the transaction including Name, SKU ID, Campaign ID, Campaign Name, Points Earned, Point Activation Date, Type and Status fields.

-Campaign ID: A unique identifier assigned to a specific marketing campaign or promotion.
-Campaign Name: The name or title given to a specific marketing campaign or promotion.
-SKU ID: Unique identifier for the product, such as barcode, or any other unique code associated with the product.
-Product Name: The name of the product.
-Points Earned: The number of loyalty points earned as part of the transaction.
-Point Activation Date: The date on which the earned points were activated.
-Type: The category or classification of the Transaction
-Status: Indicates the status of the points.
Payment Types
Payment Type(s): The method of payment used to complete the transaction. In the section you will see the titles such as: payment date & time, payment types and Amount ($).

-Date & Time: The date and time when the payment of the transaction was completed.
-Payment Type: Cash, credit or debit card payments, coupon or points are existing payment methods.
-Amount: The total sum of payment.
