The activation code in the welcome email is valid for 24 hours. If the code has expired, a new activation code will be automatically sent to you. Simply check your inbox for the new activation email, then enter your email and the activation code provided in the email to complete your onboarding process.
The auto-populated information in my account is incomplete or incorrect. How can I fix this?

What should I do if the portal link does not open?
If the portal link does not open, ensure that you are connected to the internet and that your browser is up to date. Try accessing the link in a different browser or device. If the issue persists, clear your browser's cache and cookies, or email to support@dejavooextra.com for further assistance.
How can I choose the right subscription plan for my business?
DejavooExtra offers several subscription plans to suit different business needs. You can compare the features and prices of each plan on the subscription selection page. Choose the plan that best fits your business requirements and click "Get Started" to proceed with your selection.
What happens after I choose a subscription plan?
After selecting a subscription plan, you will be prompted to set your loyalty program settings. Once completed, you will receive an email with the subject: “DejavooExtra Successful Onboarding Confirmation,” which includes the link of the portal and a temporary password to log in to the portal and set a new password.
What is the Points Earning Rule?
The Points Earning Rule defines the percentage of a customer’s spending that will be converted into points. For example, if you set it at 5%, a customer spending $100 would earn 5 points. 5 points is equal to $5 when spending. This will mean that, you are rewarding your customers with $5 for spending $100 with you.
What is the Points Redemption Rule?
The Points Redemption Rule specifies how customers can use their points. Typically, each point is equal to $1, so if a customer has saved up 100 points, they can use those points to get $100 off their future purchase.
How do I set up my password for the first time?
After logging in with the temporary password provided in your "Welcome to DejavooExtra! Activate Your Account Today!" email, which you'll receive upon completing your onboarding process, you will be prompted to create a new password. Ensure that your new password meets the security requirements outlined on the setup page for a smooth and secure login experience.

You will receive the onboarding confirmation email, with the subject: “DejavooExtra Successful Onboarding Confirmation”, after you have set your new password.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password in the DejavooExtra Merchant Portal by navigating to the "My Profile" section. After logging in, click on your profile name in the upper right corner of the screen to open the dropdown menu. Select "My Profile," then click on "Change Password" and follow the prompts to update your password. Alternatively, if you've forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it.
