The Product Section allows you to effortlessly upload, manage, and organize your products, making it easy to create product-based promotions and rewards. By leveraging this feature, you can highlight new or overlooked products by pairing them with your best-selling items—introducing customer favorites and creating fresh opportunities to boost engagement with your brand.

This guide will walk you through everything you need to set up and manage a product-based loyalty program with ease.

How to Enable Product-based Campaigns

To activate product-based promotions, simply:

  1. Press the cart icon on your terminal screen.

  2. Access the product search screen.

  3. Add your products.

1. Navigating the Product Section

Your main screen provides a clear overview of all products, including their names, SKUs, prices, and eligibility for loyalty programs (defined by you). Below is a breakdown of key navigation buttons:

🔍 Search (Top Left) – Find products quickly by typing their name.

 Add New Product (Top Right) – Instantly add a new product to your list.

🎛 Filter (Top Right) – Narrow down your product selection based on specific criteria.

📥 Import Product (Top Right) – Upload products in Excel or CSV format.

📤 Export Report (Top Right) – Download your product list for easy reference.

📊 Row Display (Bottom Left) – Choose how many products you want to see per page.

📖 Page Number (Bottom Right) – Navigate through pages of your product list.

2. Understanding the Product List

Each product in your list contains important details to help you manage it efficiently. Below is what each column means:

Field

Description

SKU ID

The stock keeping unit or unique identifier for each product.

Product Name

The name of the product.

Status

Indicates the status of the product.

Category

The main category the product belongs to.

Price ($)

The price of the product.

Barcode

The barcode associated with the product.

Sub-Category

The subcategory to which the product belongs.

Approved Product

Shows whether the product is approved for campaign use.

Pay with Points

Indicates if customers can redeem points to purchase this product.

Eligible for Points

Specifies if customers can earn points when purchasing this product.

Eligible for Discount

Indicates if the product is eligible for discounts.

Action

Options to edit product details, including name, status, SKU, barcode, type, etc.
