Step Into My Profile
The "My Profile" area is your hub for managing all aspects of your account and stores with ease. Whether you're adjusting store settings, accessing export reports or upgrading your plan, everything you need is available in one place. Here's how to access and navigate your profile:
Accessing Your Profile Hub:
Log in to the Merchant Portal: Start by logging into your DejavooExtra Merchant Portal using your username and password.
Access the User Menu: In the upper right corner of your main screen, you'll see your profile name. Click on your name to reveal a dropdown menu.
Select "My Profile": From the dropdown menu, click on the "My Profile" option, where you can manage all aspects of your account and stores with precision.

Inside the My Profile:
Change Password: Simply click on the “Change Password” down tab to change your password.
Stores: Jump right into managing your stores. Easily adjust settings, update details, and ensure everything is running smoothly.
Upgrade Plan: Ready to level up? Check out available upgrades and discover new features and services to help your business thrive.
Export: Check your report downloads that you have requested from the related section.
Import: Review the files that you have uploaded from the related section.
Language: The interface is currently available in English, providing a seamless experience tailored to your needs.
Logout: Step away securely when you're done. Just hit "Logout" to protect your account.
