Sign-Up Campaigns: Convert your first-time buyers into Loyalty Members!

Sign-up campaigns are a fantastic way to welcome new members to your loyalty program. By rewarding users for joining, you can immediately engage them with your brand and encourage long-term loyalty. Whether you're aiming to expand your member base, increase brand awareness, or drive repeat business, sign-up campaigns are an effective strategy to achieve these goals. Let's dive into how you can set up a successful sign-up campaign and start building stronger relationships with your members today!

Understanding Sign-Up Campaigns

A sign-up campaign rewards your members for joining your loyalty membership program.

Sign-up campaigns engage users with your loyalty program immediately and are useful for adding new members to your email lists, increasing brand awareness, and encouraging regular engagement with your brand.

If you select the “Sign Up Campaign” option, five fields will be displayed on the opening page such as: “Campaign Info”, “Earning Type”, “Point Activation”, “Point Expiration” and “Campaign Products.

You can always go back to the campaign home page by clicking on the “Campaign List” button located in the top left-hand corner.

Components of a sign-up campaign:

Sign-up campaign has following fields as we explained below:

1. Enter Sign-Up Campaign Info

Enter your campaign's title, start date, end date, and hours. You can always extend the end date of your campaign later.

2. Select Earning Type

Enter how many points will be earned for a spending amount. For example, 100 loyalty points for a $10 USD purchase. Each point is worth $1 USD.

3. Set Point Activation

You can set a time when points become available to your members (real-time, daily, and weekly).

Utilizing insights, set a time when you wish to enable points usage for your members. Here are definitions of the time options:

-Real-time: Points are available for immediate use after purchase.

-Daily: Points become available at a specific hour each day.

-Weekly: Points become available on a specific day each week.

4. Set Point Expiration

Set a time for when you would like to end your members’ points usage for this campaign.

Options include:

-Never Expired

-2 weeks

-1 month

-3 months

-6 months

-1 year

-Custom

Required fields are indicated with a “* sign.

After you have filled out all the fields, click on the “Create Campaign” button located at the right-hand side of the page. Once your campaign is created, you'll be automatically redirected to the campaign list, where your newly created campaign will appear at the top as a draft. Take a moment to review and fine-tune the campaign details as needed. When you're satisfied with the setup, simply activate the campaign by selecting "Activate" from the action column.
