Here, you can elevate your loyal members by creating exclusive VIP tiers, offering them special benefits that not only enhance their experience but also boost your business revenue.

The VIP section empowers you to categorize your loyal members by creating VIP tiers, providing them with specialized benefits to enhance their experience and generate more revenue for your business. Let’s explore how to navigate and utilize this section effectively.

When you click on the VIP section, you’ll see pre-defined tiers displayed on the main page. You can set the VIP program rules, add a VIP tier and update the existing tiers from the VIP main page.

Let’s start to create your VIP Program by following the given steps below!

1.Set the VIP Program Rules

To set up your VIP tier program, you need to fill out the key fields and create your tiers and related conditions.

Remember! once you created your Tiers, then you can always assign campaigns to your target member groups in these VIP tiers.
Tips for your VIP Program
Exclusive Previews: Offer VIP members early access to new products or services. This makes them feel special and valued.
Personalized Communication: Send personalized emails or messages to VIP members, highlighting their exclusive benefits and any special offers.
Social Media Promotion: Use your social media platforms to announce and promote your VIP program. Share testimonials from current VIP members to attract new ones.
Incentives for Joining: Provide incentives such as discounts, freebies, or bonus points for members who are eligible for the VIP program.
Referral Program: Encourage your VIP members to refer friends and family by offering additional rewards for successful referrals.
Special Events: Host exclusive events or webinars for VIP members to create a sense of community and exclusivity.

-VIP Program Status: Activate or deactivate your defined VIP Tier Program from here.

-Entry Method: Assign the VIP program entry method among the following options:

Points Earned: Members earn points to qualify.
Amount Spent: Based on the total amount spent by the member.
Number of Transactions: Qualification based on the number of transactions.

Choose any of these three options depending on your needs!

Program Start Date: Choose a start date for your program.

From that date, your VIP tier program will last till the end date which is explained in the expiration section.

Remember!
All the VIP tier calculations are done based on the members' activities as of the program start date. ⚠️

Program Expiration: Define how long a member stays eligible for their VIP tier before it expires. Options for expiration date of the program

Lifetime as a member: Once a member reaches a particular tier, their status will be retained indefinitely.
Full Calendar Year: A member who qualifies for a VIP tier will keep that status for the entire calendar year, from January 1 to December 31.

When you complete the VIP Program Rule Settings, click the “Schedule Update” button to save the entries.

When you complete editing all the information as you wanted, click on the “Update” button to change the tier definition. After 10 minutes, the system will initiate to make tier calculations to which members belong.

Notes!
If you want to start calculations right after the tier changes, please click on the “Start Manual Process” button. When the process is started, the warning message will appear on the screen.
The Calculation process will be completed within a day. Once completed, you will receive an e-mail notification conforming the tier update.

2. Add VIP Tier

To add a new VIP tier, click on the "Add VIP Tier" button located on the top-right corner of the VIP Tiers page. This action will open the "Add VIP Tier" screen where you can configure the new tier's details.

Tier Name: Enter a unique name for the tier in the "Tier Name" field. This name will be visible to your members, so choose a name that resonates with your brand, or the type of rewards associated with this tier. For example, if you run a flower shop, you might name a tier "Petals" to align with your brand's theme.
Goal to Achieve Tier: Set the conditions, required for members to qualify for a tier in the "Goal to Achieve Tier" field. For instance, you might set "250 points" as the threshold for a mid-level tier in a point-based entry method.
Tier Summary: On the right-hand side, you will see a "New Tier Summary" panel that provides an overview of the points earned since the start date. This summary helps you track the progress of members towards achieving the tier.
Creating the Tier: After filling in all the necessary fields, click on the "Create" button to finalize the addition of your new VIP tier. Once created, the tier will appear in the VIP Tiers list, where you can further customize it by assigning rewards and campaigns.

This process allows you to tailor your loyalty program to different segments of your member base, enhancing engagement and loyalty by offering targeted rewards for your most valued members.

3. Update VIP Tier

Once you click on the ‘’Edit’’ button next to a VIP Tier, the page will open to reveal three key sections: Update VIP Tier, “Assign reward for the tier,” and Rewards.

To update your VIP tier, simply modify the ‘‘Tier Name’’ to better align with your brand or your members' preferences. You can also adjust the ‘‘Goal to achieve tier’’ by setting a new points threshold that members need to meet in order to qualify for this tier.

This feature allows you to keep your loyalty program dynamic and responsive to your members' behaviors and your business's evolving needs. Once you have made the necessary changes, click ‘‘Update’’ to save your new settings, and they will be immediately reflected in your VIP Tiers overview.

By using the ‘’Assign Reward for the tier’’ section, you can adjust the tier's name, set a new goal, assign specific rewards, and manage the existing rewards for that tier.

In the Rewards section, you can perform various actions on each reward. By clicking on the "Action" button next to a reward, you will see the options to:

-Activate: Enable the reward to make it available to your members.

-Deactivate: Temporarily disable the reward without deleting it, allowing you to reactivate it later.

-Edit: Modify the reward details, such as its title, type, and eligible products.

These functions empower you to easily refine your VIP Tiers, ensuring they stay aligned with your brand and your members' needs. By adjusting tier names, goals, and rewards, you can keep your loyalty program fresh and engaging, ultimately driving stronger member loyalty and satisfaction!
