Add Rewards to Your VIP Program

Adding rewards is a crucial part of managing your VIP program, allowing you to offer exclusive benefits to your loyal members. This section will guide you through the process of creating and managing rewards for your VIP Tiers.

Ready to make your VIP members feel extra special?  Let's dive into how you can create exciting reward campaigns for your VIP tiers by following the steps below.

1. Steps to Add Rewards

Once the VIP tier is created, follow these steps to add rewards:

1. Click on "Add Reward": In the "Assign Reward for the Tier" section, click the "Add Reward" button to begin setting up a new reward campaign.

   

2. Create a New Reward Campaign:

   

   -Campaign Title: Enter a title for your reward campaign (e.g., "15% off on all products"). This title will be visible to your members.

   -Campaign Type: Select the type of campaign you wish to create:

   • Birthday Campaign: Special offers for members on their birthdays.

   • Point Campaign: Rewards based on points earned.

   • Discount Campaign: Offers discounts on products or services.

   -Earning Type: Choose how members will earn rewards. For detailed information on the earning types specific to each campaign type, please refer to the sections on Point Campaigns, Discount Campaigns ,and Birthday Campaigns.

   -Define Eligible Products: Specify which products are eligible for the campaign:
   

   

   • All Products: The reward applies to all products.

   • Select Products: Target specific items for the promotion.

3. Save Your Settings: After filling in all the required fields, click "Save" to finalize the reward campaign.

2. Managing and Updating Rewards

Once you set up your reward campaign, you can manage and update the rewards associated with each tier by following these steps:

1. Edit Reward: To modify the reward details for a specific VIP tier, including title, type, and eligible products, navigate to the VIP Tier section. Click on the "Edit" button next to the tier you wish to update, scroll down to the "Rewards" section at the bottom of the page, and click the "Action" button to edit the reward.

2. Deactivate Reward: Temporarily disable a reward for a VIP tier without deleting it by choosing the "Deactivate" option in the "Action" menu. This allows you to reactivate the reward later if needed.

3. Activate Reward: If a reward is deactivated, you can make it available again by selecting "Activate" from the "Action" menu.

4. Delete Reward: To permanently remove a reward from a VIP tier, click the "Delete" button, which is located next to the "Edit" button for each tier.

To access these options, navigate to the VIP Tier, click "Edit," and scroll to the "Rewards" section at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to manage your VIP rewards effectively.
