Marketing
The Marketing tab is where you can track and review all interactions and communications sent to your members, ensuring effective and targeted marketing efforts.
When you select the Marketing tab, choose "Email" from the drop-down list. Here, you'll find a comprehensive list of all email messages that have been sent to your members, complete with detailed information for each message.
Email Details:
Email Address | The Email address of your members’. |
Subject | Subject of the sent email content. |
Delivery Status | Current state of the sending process. |
Sent Time | Time the email was sent. |
Delivery Time | Time the email was delivered. |
Opened | Indicates if the email was opened (Yes/No). |
Time opened | Time the email was opened. |
Email body | Content of the email body. |
Sender | The user who sent the email. |
Created On | Time the email was composed. |
These details help you monitor and analyze your email marketing campaigns, ensuring you can make data-driven decisions to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. In this section, you can view all the interactions that have been made with your members. When you select the marketing tab, choose Email from the drop-down list.
