Portal Users

Through the Users tab, you can review and manage the list of users who have access to the merchant portal.

In this section, you will find the following details for each user:

First Name	The first name of the user.
Last Name	The last name of the user.
Email	The email address of the user.
Role	The role or position of the user.
Status	Indicates the status of the user (active/inactive).
Created Date	The date when the user account was created.
Last Login	The date and time of the user’s last login.

User Details

By clicking on the Detail button located in the right-hand corner of the "Users" table, you can access the ‘‘User Details’’ section for any individual user within the merchant portal. This section provides a detailed overview of the selected user's profile, displaying essential information such as the user's ‘‘Name’’, ‘‘Surname’’, ‘‘Email address’’, and current ‘‘Status’’ (e.g., Active or Inactive).

Create Users

To create a new user, click on the “Create” button in the right-hand corner. On the User Detail page. Enter the name, surname and email information and click “Save” button to save your new user. If you need to cancel the user creation, simply click on the “Cancel” button.
