What should I do if I encounter an error while trying to update a defined tier?

If an error occurs while updating a defined tier, it could be due to an issue with the data entered. Double-check all fields for correct information and ensure no required fields are left blank. If the error continues, try refreshing the page or send an email to support@dejavooextra.com

How do I determine the qualifications for each VIP tier?

Qualifications for each VIP tier can be set based on three primary criteria: points earned, total amount spent, or the number of transactions completed. You can choose the criteria that best aligns with your business objectives and customer behavior to create meaningful and attainable tiers for your members.

What happens if a member’s status changes? Will they lose their rewards?

If a member's status changes, such as moving up or down a tier, their earned rewards will typically remain intact. However, the availability of certain tier-specific rewards may be impacted. For instance, a member who moves to a lower tier may no longer be eligible for rewards that are exclusive to higher tiers. It's important to communicate any changes in eligibility to your members.

What should I do if a VIP tier is not calculating correctly?

If a VIP tier is not calculating correctly, first ensure that the tier’s criteria, such as points earned or amount spent, are configured accurately. Double-check that the program start date and entry method are set up correctly. Why is the VIP tier calculation taking longer than expected?

VIP tier calculations can sometimes take longer due to the volume of data being processed, especially if you have many members or complex criteria. If the calculation is still ongoing, wait a few more minutes and try refreshing the page. If it’s taking an unusually long time, check your internet connection or contact support at email to support@dejavooextra.com to ensure there is no technical issue causing the delay.

What should I do if I accidentally delete a VIP tier?

If a VIP tier is deleted, it cannot be restored. However, you can easily recreate it by setting up a new tier with the same criteria. Ensure you reassign the appropriate members and rewards to this new tier.

What should I do if VIP members are not being assigned to the correct tier?

If VIP members are not being assigned to the correct tier, verify that the tier criteria are correctly defined and that the members have met these criteria based on the program start date. Also, check that the member’s activity data is up to date. If everything is set up correctly but the issue persists, consider logging out and back in.
